Community CentrePoint

Opened in 2001, Community CentrePoint was a vision of the Trinity Methodist Church. The aim was to provide a centrally located community centre in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, that is fully disabled, accessible and open to all members of the community on a daily basis, therefore providing a safe, clean, welcoming environment for all.

Community based facilities
Community CentrePoint is a community centre based in the town of Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. Open six days a week, the centre is open supports a variety of groups from toddler groups, karate groups, brownies, lunchoen club, frienship club, advice centre plus many more. The centre is fully wheelchair accessible with disabled parking, access ramp and disabled toilets. For charity based groups we also have a 16 seater minibus with tail lift available for hire. The centre also offers a free wheechair hire service ( adult and childs wheelchairs available for short term hire).

On site cafe
Good quality food is served at the cafe within Community Centrepoint at competitive prices five days a week. The cafe serves a variety of food including light snacks, drinks and lunches. Special dietary requiremnts can also be catered for.

Room hire
The centre also offers a variety of good sized rooms, seating capacity from 10 - 120 people available for hire at competitive rates and administritive services are also available. The centre is also host to many fundraising events and entertainment evenings.
